museums to go to on friday:

1) contemporary arts museum, houston

2) houston center for contemporary craft

3) the houston center for photography

4) the menil collection: kurt schwitters exhibit! works by warhol, yves klein, max ernst, rene magritte, and more! surrealism, dada, and abstract expressionism galore!

5) the rothko chapel

the menil collection obviously takes first place in my book, and i don’t know if we’ll get to all of them…
but oh man, i’m excited.
