breakfast: turkey sandwich from blimpie @ 10:45 am
lunch: sweet & salty cashew bar, cheetos, V8 v-fusion pineapple mango green tea @ 4:00 pm
dinner: probably going to be a healthy choice frozen meal around 9pm.

i won’t be sad-girl posting for the next 7 weeks, buuuuuut…
i will say that it’s a little bit hard to not be lonesome/envious/maybealittlebitter when your friends/boyfriend are gallivanting across the eastern united states (or really even, just in your home state eating shrimp po’boys that you could possibly kill for at the moment).

flexible, easy dinner recipe.
it’s one of those “throw whatever in the pot” type of recipes. perfect for busies like myself.
i don’t even have a good name for it. it can be somewhere between a taco soup and a filling for actual tacos (or topping for nachos), depending on your preference.
